The 1486 Ōuchi Clan's ban on komosō and others

In 1994, Hosaka Hiro'oki published a more complete reprint of the Ōuchi Clan's
ban on komosō and other contemporary "outcasts".
Dated the 29th day in the fourth month of Bunmei 18, 1486.
However, Mr. Hosaka left out three paragraphs, it is stated in a note in the reprint.
